Our processes
From tree to bar. Every chocolate bar begins long before it reaches your hands.
Harvest
Quality begins at the tree.
Each season we visit our cacao groves to select, one by one, the pods that have reached their optimal ripeness. This careful harvest is the first step in obtaining single-origin cacao that retains all its rich aromas and flavors.

Postharvest
Where cocoa finds its essence.
Each bean undergoes a careful fermentation and drying process that awakens its character and highlights its natural flavors. Guided by our family's experience and respect for nature's rhythms, we oversee each stage to obtain single-origin cacao with the quality that sets us apart.
Chocolate Workshop
From Bean to Chocolate
After harvest, the cacao beans undergo a fermentation and drying process that develops their character and complexity. Later, in our chocolate workshop, we transform those beans into chocolate, carefully tending to every stage to preserve the essence of the cacao and the work that begins in the soil.

A cocoa that has crossed borders
The care taken at every stage of the process has led to our chocolate being recognized in international competitions. Each award celebrates our family's work, the value of Mexican cacao, and our commitment to nature.
